Suwanee Ranks Among Best Places to Live (CNN/Money.com)

There’s a lot of reasons to love Suwanee! One of my favorite reasons is last year’s CNN Money report on the top 100 best places to live. Suwanee ranked at #10 on that list. Of course, that is a real shot in the arm for Suwanee real estate values.
The report gives some pretty amazing statistics, including the fact that there are some 2500 restaurants within 15 miles! (click on the picture to see the whole report)
Other noteworthy stats were median family income of over $100k and a very strong average home price of $293k — based on the 2007 report. At this point those numbers have probably declined a bit, but that’s a different story (for my next post on Suwanee Dwellings.com!)
